ORDINANCE NO. 4801
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479,
WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED, BY:
REPEALING SUBSECTION (1) OF SUBSECTION (C)
PROCEDURE OF SECTION 2A-29B, GENERAL
REGULATIONS, OF PART XIII (A) , "C-P" PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (1) OF SUBSECTION
(C) PROCEDURE OF SECTION 2A-29B, GENERAL
REGULATIONS, OF PART XIII (A) , "C-P" PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (1) of Subsection (C) Procedure of Section
2A-29B, General Regulations, of Part XIII (A) , "C-P" Planned
Commercial District, of Ordinance No. 2479, Waterloo Zoning
Ordinance, as amended, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that
a new Subsection (1) of Subsection (C) Procedure of Section 2A-
29B, General Regulations, of Part XIII (A) , "C-P" Planned
Commercial District, of Ordinance No. 2479, Waterloo Zoning
Ordinance, as amended, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as
follows :
1 . The owner or owners of any tract of land comprising an
area of not less than two (2) acres may submit a
petition requesting to change to the "C-P" Planned
Commercial District Classification, except that there
shall not be a minimum area for property within the
consolidated urban revitalization or enterprise zone
area .
