ORDINANCE NO. 4802
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT GENERALLY
LOCATED ALONG THE WESTERLY EDGE OF A PORTION
OF LOT 12 AND LOT 13 IN THE NORTHEAST
INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT NO. 3, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The 8 foot easement as platted along the Westerly line
of Lot 13 of Northeast Industrial Park Plat No. 3, and
a portion of the 8 foot easement as platted along the
Westerly line of Lot 12 of Northeast Industrial Park
Plat No. 3 that lies South of a line that is drawn from
a point of the East line of said Lot 12 that is 160
feet South of the Northeast corner said Lot 12 to a
point on the Westerly line of said Lot 12 that is
166 . 75 feet Southeasterly of the Northwest corner of
said lot, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
