ORDINANCE NO. 4805
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF JOHN
STREET GENERALLY LOCATED OFF E. PARKER STREET
EAST OF HIGHWAY 63, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
That part of John Street right-of-way as platted in
Manson' s 4th Addition that lies Easterly of a line
drawn from the Northwest corner of Lot 8 Block 2 said
addition to a point on the South line of Lot 7 Block 3
said addition that is 20 feet Westerly of the Southeast
corner of Lot 7 Block 3 said addition, and Westerly of
a line drawn from a point on the North line of Lot 8
Block 2 said addition that is 20 feet West of the
Northeast corner of Lot 8 Block 2 to a point on the
South line of Lot 6 Block 3 said addition that is 17
feet East of the Southwest corner of Lot 6 Block 3 said
addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
