ORDINANCE NO. 4807
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 109 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 108,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. One Hundred Nine
(109) .
"109.
Aud Francis West Side Plat Waterloo, East 43; feet Lot
44 except North 65 feet, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" Multiple
Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4, C-Z"
Conditional Multiple Residence District as above described,
subject to the following conditions :
1 . That the property shall be limited to the uses of
the "R-4" Multiple Residence District in addition
to the following small retail and neighborhood
uses : antique shop, boutique shop, book store,
gift shop, hobby shop, florists, photography
studio, or shoe repair shop. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa .
