AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF LOWELL
AVENUE, ALLEY AND AREA NEAR THE LEVEE SYSTEM
GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN MITCHELL AND EASTON
AVENUES, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
Parcel "B"
Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township
89 North, Range 12 West of the 5th Principal Meridian
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
described as follows :
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of Lot 10, Block
112, Riverview Addition in the City of Waterloo, Iowa;
thence North 69°11' 56" East along the Northeasterly
extension of the Northwesterly line of said Lot 10, a
