ORDINANCE NO. 4812
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 110 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 109,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. One Hundred Ten
(110) .
"110 .
Lot 1, Block 1 of Thomas and Brinker Addition, City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-1"
Commercial District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-1, C-Z"
Conditional Zoning Commercial District as above described,
subject to the following conditions :
1 . There will be no outside storage, except for
licensed vehicles and vehicles for sale;
2 . Any vehicular use area in the rear of the property
will be surfaced with a hard surface type and
drainage plan approved by the City Engineer;
3 . The property shall be limited to the use of an
auto sales business, including incidental repair,
and a taxi company, or any principal permitted use
in the "C-1" Commercial District. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
