ORDINANCE NO. 4549
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 95 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 94, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Ninety-five (95) .
"95 .
Lot 1, Block 1, Clyde Miller Heights in Castle Hill,
Waterloo and all of Lot 3 Auditor Whitney Road Plat,
Castle Hill, Waterloo, excluding the Southwest 89 .2
feet, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"R-2 , C-Z" , Conditional One and Two Family Residence District as
above described, subject to the following condition:
1 . The building be compatible with the surroundings. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
