AN ORDINANCE VACATING 16-FOOT UTILITY
EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED AT 965 HOME PLAZA,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
A 16 foot wide drainage and utility easement located in
Lot 2 , Home Plaza Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, described as follows :
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 2 ;
thence South 00°00' 00" West along the West line of said
Lot 2 a distance of 95 . 63 feet; thence North 90°00' 00"
East a distance of 78 . 82 feet to the point of
beginning; thence North 90°00' 00" East a distance of
131 . 93 feet; thence North 00°00' 00" East a distance of
34 . 00 feet; thence North 90°00' 00" East a distance of
16 . 00 feet; thence South 00°00' 00" West a distance of
50 . 00 feet; thence South 90°00' 00" West a distance of
141 . 10 feet; thence North 23°07' 18" West a distance of
17 .40 feet to the point of beginning, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
The West line of said Lot 2 is assumed to bear South
00°00' 00" West;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
