ORDINANCE NO. 4557
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2000 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION (351) SEARS DRIVE OF SECTION
551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN
STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW
SUBSECTION (351) SEARS DRIVE OF SECTION 551,
PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN
STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (351) Sears Drive of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 2000 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
(351) Sears Drive of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All Times
on Certain Streets, of the 2000 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted
in lieu thereof as follows :
(351) Sears Drive Both sides from San Marnan Drive to
Camelot Drive

PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: June 10, 2002
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: June 10, 2002
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 10th day of June, 2002 , and approved by the
Mayor on the 12th day of June, 2002 .
