ORDINANCE NO. 4561
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 97 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 96, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Ninety-seven (97) .
"97 .
Unplatted Waterloo West West 310 feet of the North 597
feet of the Northwest Quarter, Section 13 , Township 88
Range 13 excluding the highway and that part deed to
the City of Waterloo as described in Land Deed Book 568
Page 945, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1"
Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-1, C-
Z" Conditional Residence District as above described, subject to
the following conditions :
1 . The required two parking stalls be provided off street .
2 . Signage not to exceed four feet in diameter and not to
exceed a distance of five feet from the home .
3 . The salon be a one person, owner operated business . "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
