ORDINANCE NO. 4562
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A 20 FOOT BY 130 FOOT
PORTION OF THE NORTH-SOUTH IMPROVED ALLEY
GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE 400 BLOCK OF
BRATNOBER STREET, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
That part of the North-South twenty foot (20' ) wide
alley right-of-way as platted in Block 11 of Ricker and
Bratnober Land Company Addition that lies South of a
line drawn from the Northeast corner of Lot 5 Block 11
said addition to the Northwest corner of Lot 6 Block 11
said addition, and North of a line that is the Westerly
extension of the South line of Lot 6 Block 11 said
addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s
retention of an easement over, under and above the above described
parcel .
