AN ORDINANCE VACATING UTILITY EASEMENT
GENERALLY LOCATED AT 4040 ALEXANDRA DRIVE
JUST SOUTH OF WEST SAN MARNAN DRIVE, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
That part of Lot 4, Southtown, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, described as follows :
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 4;
thence S 00°16' 00" E along the East line of said Lot 4
a distance of 66 . 00 feet to the point of beginning;
thence S 89°26' 30" W a distance of 326 .47; thence S
49°56' 30" W a distance of 92 . 06 feet; thence N
00°00' 00" W a distance of 26 . 13 feet; thence N
