ORDINANCE NO. 4564
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2000 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION (9) HILLCREST ROAD OF SECTION
545, YIELD STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A
NEW SUBSECTION (9) HILLCREST ROAD OF SECTION 545,
YIELD STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (9) Hillcrest Road of Section 545, Yield
Streets, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
(9) Hillcrest Road of Section 545, Yield Streets, of the 2000
Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(9) Hillcrest Road West Ridgeway Avenue through Hilltop
Road
