ORDINANCE NO. 4565
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2000 TRAFFIC CODE BY
ADDING SUBSECTION (0) ALLEY TO SECTION 551,
PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN
STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (0) Alley of Section 551, Parking Prohibited
at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 2000 Traffic Code, is
hereby added as follows :
(0) Alley South side of the alley which extends
from Jackson Street to North Barclay
Street and lies between Shilliam Avenue
and Oneida Street
INTRODUCED: July 22 , 2002
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: July 22 , 2002
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: July 22 , 2002
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: July 22 , 2002
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
