AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2000 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION (134) FOURTH STREET (E)
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (134) FOURTH STREET
(E) OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND BY REPEALING
SUBSECTION (40) E. FOURTH STREET OF SECTION
553 , NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER; AND ENACTING
IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (40) E.
FOURTH STREET OF SECTION 553 , NO PARKING HERE
TO CORNER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (134) Fourth Street (E) of Section 551,
Parking Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets, of the 2000
Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new
Subsection (134) Fourth Street (E) of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets, of the 2000 Traffic
Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(134) Fourth Street (E) West side Franklin
Street to Lime Street; east side Walnut
Street to Lime Street; west side Parker
Street to Arlington Street; both sides
Sumner Street to Adams Street; east side
Webster Street to Donald Street
That Subsection (40) E. Fourth Street of Section 553 , No
Parking Here to Corner, of the 2000 Traffic Code, is hereby
repealed in its entirety; and that Subsection (40) E. Fourth Street
of Section 553 , No Parking Here to Corner, of the 2000 Traffic
Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(40) E. Fourth Street East side in the 2000 block in a
southerly direction from Charles Street;
east side in the 700 block in a southerly
direction from Pine Street
