AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2000 TRAFFIC CODE BY ADDING A
NEW SUBSECTION (l01A) MAXWELL STREET TO SECTION 543, THRU
STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (101a) Maxwell Street of Section 543 , Thru
Streets, of the 2000 Traffic Code, is hereby added as follows :
(101a) Maxwell Street From Bismark Avenue to Shady Lane
INTRODUCED: August 19, 2002
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: August 19, 2002
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: August 19, 2002
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: August 19, 2002
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 19th day of August,
2002, and approved by the Mayor this 21st of August, 2002 .
