ORDINANCE NO. 4570
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 98 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 97, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Ninety-eight (98) .
"98 .
Leavitt Johnson and Miller Addition Southeast 35 feet
Northeast 90 feet Lot 14 Block 11, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" Multiple
Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-3 , C-Z"
Conditional Multiple Residence District as above described,
subject to the following conditions :
1 . That the applicant uses the studio for his own purposes
only, as if he were conducting a home occupation out of
the building. The only people who can work out of the
art studio at 904 Grant Avenue are those individuals
residing at 908 Grant Avenue. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
