ORDINANCE NO. 4575
AN ORDINANCE VACATING 8 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF LOT 6
OF THE NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT NO. 1
AND 20 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT GENERALLY
LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF LOT 12 IN THE
NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT NO. 3 , IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The 8-foot wide utility easement as platted adjacent to
the South line of Lot 6 of Northeast Industrial Park
Plat No. 1, except that portion of said easement lying
8 foot Easterly and adjacent to the Westerly line of
said lot; all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
and
The 20-foot wide utility easement as platted adjacent
to the North line of Lot 12 of Northeast Industrial
Park Plat No. 3 , except that portion of said easement
lying 8 foot Easterly and adjacent to the Westerly line
of said lot; all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
