ORDINANCE NO. 4576
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2000 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION (28) GREYHOUND DRIVE OF SECTION
541, INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN AREAS; AND
ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (28)
GREYHOUND DRIVE OF SECTION 541, INCREASING SPEED LIMITS
IN CERTAIN AREAS .
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
That Subsection (28) Greyhound Drive of Section 541,
Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas, of the 2000 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
(28) Greyhound Drive of Section 541, Increasing Speed Limits in
Certain Areas, of the 2000 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows :
(28) Greyhound Drive -
in the 3000 and 3100 blocks 45 mph
in the 3200 block (on the curve) 35 mph
