ORDINANCE NO. 4580
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. THREE
HUNDRED THIRTY THREE TO SECTION 2A-5,
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 332,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred
Thirty Three (333) .
"333 .
A survey of Lots 23 and 24 of Sunshine Subdivision in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, and the
adjacent West half of the former Illinois Central
Railroad right of way, more particularly described as
follows :
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 23 ,
thence South 00°02 ' 08" East 99 . 60 feet along the west
line of said Lots 23 and 24; thence North 89°59' 41"
East 170 . 14 feet; thence North 00°02 ' 08" West 99 . 60
feet along the centerline of said former railroad right
of way; thence South 89°59' 41" West 170 .14 feet to the
point of beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-1"
Commercial District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "M-1"
Light Industrial District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
