ORDINANCE NO. 4583
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. THREE
HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 333 ,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred
Thirty Four (334) .
"334 .
The Southwesterly 110 feet of even width of Hospital
Square (CLD 661-844) , all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" Multiple
Residential District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4"
Multiple Residential District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
