ORDINANCE NO. 4586
AN ORDINANCE VACATING PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED IN THE 100 BLOCK OF CARL STREET,
BETWEEN RICKER STREET AND NEWELL STREET, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
All of the 50 foot wide Carl Street right-of-way as
platted in Peek' s Second Addition more particularly
described as :
All of Carl Street lying North of a line drawn from the
Southeast corner of Lot 16 Block 2 of Peek' s Second
Addition to the Southwest corner of Lot 1 Block 3 said
addition, and South of a line drawn from the Northeast
corner of Lot 9 Block 2 said addition to the Northwest
corner of Lot 8 Block 3 said addition; all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
