RESOLUTION NO. 2019-345
RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC. AND SETTING THE DATE OF BID OPENING AS
MAY 23, 2019, AND DALE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS MAY 28, 2019,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE RIVERLOOP PUBLIC MARKET FIRE
SUPPRESSION PROJECT, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Sectionl. That the preliminary specifications form of contract, etc. in conjunction with
the Riverloop Public Market Fire Suppression Project, are approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the Riverloop Public Market Fire
Suppression Project, be scheduled for May 23, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 28th day of May 2019, to hold
a public hearing, in conjunction with the Riverloop Public Market Fire Suppression Project.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of May 2019.
