RESOLUTION NO. 2019-348
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH DIGITECH COMPUTER, INC., OF
CHAPPAQUA, NEW YORK, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
AMBULANCE BILLING SERVICES, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated May 13, 2019, between Digitech Computer, Inc.,
of Chappaqua, New York and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with ambulance billing
services, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of May 2019.
