RESOLUTION NO. 2019-349
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH RADIO
COMMUNICATIONS OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $68,455.89, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF A SECURITY
CAMERA SYSTEM AT THE EAST PARK AVENUE PARKING
RAMP, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Purchase Agreement dated May 13, 2019, between Radio Communications of Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $68,455.89, in conjunction with the
purchase and installation of a security camera system at the East Park Avenue Parking Ramp, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of May 2019.
