RESOLUTION NO. 2019-354
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK,
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY PETERSON CONTRACTORS,
INC., OF REINBECK, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $226,066,
FOR THE FY 2017 FLOOD CONTROL GATEWELL REPAIRS,
CONTRACT NO. 918, AND RECEIVE AND FILE TWO (2)
YEAR MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, Peterson Contractors, Inc., of Reinbeck, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Flood Control Gatewell Repairs, Contract No. 918, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Peterson Contractors, Inc. has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of $226,066.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work for work performed by Peterson Contractors, Inc., at a total cost of $226,066, in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Flood Control Gatewell Repairs, Contract No. 918, are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of May 2019.
