RESOLUTION NO. 2019-355
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY LANDMARK TURF
SERVICES, LLC, OF DUNKERTON, IOWA, AT A TOTAL
COST OF $42,677.75, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2019
LEVEE RIP RAP SPRAYING, CONTRACT NO. 961, AND
APPROVAL OF FINAL QUANTITY ADJUSTMENT FOR A
NET DECREASE OF $2,239.25, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, Landmark Turf Services, LLC, of Dunkerton, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the FY 2019 Levee Rip Rap Spraying, Contract No. 961, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Landmark Turf Services, LLC, has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of $42,677.75.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work for work performed by Landmark Turf Services, LLC, at a total cost of $42,677.75, in
conjunction with the FY 2019 Levee Rip Rap Spraying, Contract No. 961, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of May 2019.
