RESOLUTION NO. 2019-357
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR A TRAFFIC
SAFETY IMPROVEMENT GRANT TO IMPROVE
INTERSECTION OF GREYHOUND DRIVE AND RIDGEWAY
AVENUE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $310,000, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Iowa Department of Transportation Traffic Safety Grant Agreement dated May 13, 2019,
between the Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to improve
intersection of Greyhound Drive and Ridgeway Avenue, in the amount of $310,000, is hereby
approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13`° day of May 2019.
