RESOLUTION NO. 2019-358
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH STRAND ASSOCIATES OF MADISON,
WISCONSIN, IN THE AMOUNT OF $80,000, TO PROVIDE
DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE PRELIMINARY DESIGN FOR
THE BIO -GAS PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated May 13, 2019, between Strand Associates of
Madison, Wisconsin and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with design services for the
Preliminary Design for the Bio -Gas Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of May 2019.
