RESOLUTION NO. 2019-359
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 2 WITH AECOM, INC., OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $97,500, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
SATELLITE RAW WASTEWATER WET WELL
REHABILITATION, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 2 dated May 13, 2019, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $97,500, for
construction related services in conjunction with the Satellite Raw Wastewater Wet Well
Rehabilitation, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of May 2019.
