RESOLUTION NO. 2019-360
RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDNANCE IN
SECTION 11-1-13 VARIANCES, RELATING TO THE APPROVAL OF
THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF PARADISE ESTATES ADDITION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance in Section 11-1-13 Variances,
relating to the approval of the Preliminary Plat of Paradise Estates Addition, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of May 2019.
