AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REQUEST BY THE CITY
OF WATERLOO TO VACATE A 65,490 SQUARE FOOT
PORTION OF AIRLINE HIGHWAY WEST OF 3070 W.
AIRLINE HIGHWAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
THIS PLAT REPRESENTS A SURVEY OF TRACT "A"
THAT PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE 1/4) IN SECTION NO. 5,
TOWNSHIP NO. 89 NORTH, RANGE NO. 13 WEST OF THE FIFTH
PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
