ORDINANCE NO. 4590 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2000 TRAFFIC CODE BY REPEALING SUBSECTIONS (96) EASTON AVENUE AND (293) OREGON STREET OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW SUBSECTIONS (96) EASTON AVENUE AND (293) OREGON STREET OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS .
