AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE 8 FOOT UTILITY
EASEMENT TO 5 FEET FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED AT 2742 CRESTLINE AVENUE, IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The Easterly three feet (3 ' ) of the eight foot (8 ' )
easement platted along the Westerly line of Lot 125 of
Southhaven First Addition, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: January 13 , 2003
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: January 13 , 2003
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: January 21, 2003
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: January 21, 2003
