AN ORDINANCE VACATING RIGHT-OF-WAY GENERALLY
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF FRANKLIN
STREET AND VINTON STREET, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The North eighty-five feet (85' ) of the South one
hundred forty-five feet (145' ) of the West thirty feet
(30 ' ) of Lot 5 Block 4 of Hallidays Addition, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
