ORDINANCE NO. 4603
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 99 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No . 98, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Ninety-nine (99) .
"99 .
Rosebud Addition Lot 1 Block 1 Lot 2 Block 1, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and
Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as
"C-1, C-Z" Conditional Commercial District as above described,
subject to the following conditions :
1 . That there be sufficient screening of any outside
storage area with a solid fence to conceal the contents
from the abutting residential properties .
2 . That the following Principal Permitted Uses of the C-1
District be disallowed from the site : Animal Hospital or
Veterinary Clinic, Car Wash, Commercial Parking Lots,
Gasoline Stations . "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.

the Mayor on the 3rd day of April , 2003 .
