ORDINANCE NO. 4610
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. THREE
HUNDRED FORTY TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 339,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Forty
(340) .
"340.
The North 403. 00 feet of the Northwest of the
Northwest of Section 12-88-14, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1"
Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-1"
Residential District as above described, subject to the following
conditions :
1 . Minimum lot size of 1 . 5 acres
2 . 165' minimum lot width
3 . 50' front and rear yard setbacks
4 . 25' side yard setbacks
5. Deed restrictions indicating that no city sewer, city
water, or paved streets are planned and no rural water
service unless accessed. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.

PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: April 21, 2003
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: April 28, 2003
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 28th day of April, 2003, and approved by
the Mayor Pro Tem on the 1St day of May, 2003 .
