ORDINANCE NO. 4615
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 102 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 101,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. One Hundred Two
(102) .
"102 .
The South 120 feet of the East 271 feet of the
Northeast 1/ of the Northeast % of Section 11 Township
89 Range 13 of unplatted Waterloo East;
And also, Lots 71, 72 , and 73 in Northgate Addition,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1"
Agricultural District and "R-1" Family Residence District, be and
the same is hereby zoned as "C-1, C-Z" Conditional Zoning
District as above described, subject to the following conditions :
1 . That the expanded portion be hard surfaced.
2 . That a site plan and storm water detention plan be
approved by Engineering staff .
3 . No outside storage other than vehicles on display.
4 . That any future intensification of vehicular use must
come back for approval by this Commission.
5 . All uses in the "C-1" Commercial District will be
allowed except a gasoline service station.
6 . That no commercial development of any kind commences
across the creek to the south. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
