ORDINANCE NO. 4619
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 103 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 102 ,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. One Hundred Three
(103) .
"103 .
Shilliams Fourth Addition, Lot 11, Block 2 and Lot 12 ,
Block 2 , all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2"
Residential District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-1, C-
Z" Conditional Zoning as above described, subject to the
following conditions :
1 . The kennel be limited to eight adult dogs up to nine
months of age .
2 . A site plan be presented and approved by staff .
3 . The type of breed be limited to English Pointers . "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
