GENERALLY LOCATED AT 1053 BELLE STREET, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The southerly 8 feet, 8 inches of Lot 120, except the
westerly 8 feet, 8 inches of said Lot 120 in Cedar
Terrace Third Addition, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
