ORDINANCE NO. 4624
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 343 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 342 ,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Forty
Three (343) .
"343 .
The South 260 . 00 feet of the Northeast 1/, Southeast 1/
of Section 13 , Township 88, Range 13 , all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, and excepting
therefrom all legal highways, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1"
Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-2"
One and Two Family Residential District as above described;
and
The Northeast 1/ of the South 14 of Section 13 , Township
88 , Range 13 , all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, except the South 260 . 00 feet thereof and
excepting therefrom all legal highways, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1"
Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-3 ,R-
P" Multiple Planned Residential District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
