ORDINANCE NO. 4625
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY:
ADDING SUBSECTION (10A) CATARACT AVENUE AND
SARATOGA DRIVE TO SECTION 544, ALL-WAY STOP
INTERSECTIONS; AND
REPEALING SUBSECTION (5) CATARACT AVENUE OF
SECTION 545, YIELD STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa :
That Subsection (10a) Cataract Avenue and Saratoga Drive is
hereby added to Section 544 , All-Way Stop Intersections, of the
2003 Traffic Code, as follows :
(10a) Cataract Avenue and Saratoga Drive
That Subsection (5) Cataract Avenue of Section 545, Yield
Streets, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety.
