BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, as follows : A 30 foot wide strip of right-of-way in McFarlane' s Subdivision in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows : The one foot strip of land platted as Lot 1 Block 1 of McFarlane' s Subdivision; also the 29 foot wide right- of-way (Drive) lying East of a line drawn from the Northwest corner of Lot 1 Block 2 McFarlane' s to the Southwest corner Lot 1 Block 1 said addition, and West of a line drawn from the Northeast corner of Lot 4 Block 2 said addition to the Southeast corner of Lot 1 Block 1 said addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to a public utility easement over, under and above the above described property.
