ORDINANCE NO. 4643
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY:
ADDING SUBSECTION (146A) SARATOGA DRIVE TO
SECTION 543 , THRU STREETS; AND
REPEALING SUBSECTION (10A) CATARACT AVENUE
AND SARATOGA DRIVE OF SECTION 544, ALL-WAY
STOP INTERSECTIONS .
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
That Subsection (146a) Saratoga Drive, of Section 543 , Thru
Streets, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby added as follows :
(146a) Saratoga Drive From Rudi Place to Alpine Drive
That Subsection (10a) Cataract Avenue and Saratoga Drive of
Section 544, All-Way Stop Intersections, of the 2003 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety.

PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: September 2 , 2003
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: September 2 , 2003
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: September 2 , 2003
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 2nd day of

of September, 2003 .
