ORDINANCE NO. 4644
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY:
REPEALING SUBSECTION (207) KING DRIVE OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS, AND SUBSECTION (57) KING
DRIVE OF SECTION 553 , NO PARKING HERE TO
CORNER; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW
SUBSECTION (207) KING DRIVE OF SECTION 551,
PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN
STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa :
That Subsection (207) King Drive of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets, of the 2003 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
(207) King Drive of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at all Times on
Certain Streets, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows :
(207) King Drive Both sides from San Marnan Access
Road to St . Francis Drive
That Subsection (57) King Drive of Section 553 , No Parking
Here to Corner, of the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety.
