ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 348 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 347,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Forty
Eight (348) .

Unplatted Waterloo East part Southwest Section 1
Township 89 Range 13 described as follows :
Commencing at Southwest corner said Southwest thence
East along South line said Southwest 369 feet thence
North parallel West line said Southwest 44 . 56 feet to
Northerly right-of-way line East Airline Highway and
point of beginning thence South 84°27' 30" East 125 . 52
feet to point 33 feet normally distant said South line
on said Northerly right-of-way line thence South
89°44' 30" East along said Northerly right-of-way line
273 . 37 feet thence North 329 . 92 feet thence West 398 . 30
feet thence South 318 . 36 feet to point of beginning,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1"
Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-1"
Residential District as above described.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
