ORDINANCE NO. 4655
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT GENERALLY
LOCATED ALONG THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF LOT
8 IN RIDGEVIEW ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The 8 foot utility easement as platted along the
Northerly line of Lot 8 in Ridgeview Addition, except
that part lying 8 feet East of and parallel to the West
line of said Lot 8 , all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: November 10 , 2003
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: November 10, 2003
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: November 10, 2003
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
