AN ORDINANCE VACATING CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY
GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST
INTERSECTION OF HIGHWAY 218 AND MARIGOLD
DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The 60' x 139 .44 ' right-of-way of Washington Street
(formerly known as LaPorte Road) that lies Westerly of
the most Easterly line of Tract T of Cedar Hills
Addition extended Northerly, and Southerly of the most
Northerly line of Tract T of said addition extended
Easterly, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: December 1, 2003
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: December 1, 2003
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: December 1, 2003
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: December 1, 2003
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 1st day of December, 2003 and approved by
the Mayor Pro Tem on the 3rd day of December, 2003 .
