ORDINANCE NO. 4661
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2003 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (160) MULBERRY STREET
AND VINTON STREET OF SECTION 540, OBEDIENCE
TO OFFICIAL TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES .
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
That Subsection (140) Mulberry Street and Vinton Street, of
Section 540, Obedience to Official Traffic-Control Devices, of
the 2003 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
INTRODUCED: December 8, 2003
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: December 8, 2003
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: December 8, 2003
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: December 8 , 2003
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 8th day of December, 2003 , and approved by
