ORDINANCE NO. 4664
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 350 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 349,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Fifty
(350) .
"350 .
That part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 14) of Section
Twenty-three (23) , Township Eighty-eight North (T88N) ,
Range Thirteen West (R13W) of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
lying North of the Easterly extension of the Southerly
line of Parcel "E" of said Northwest Quarter (NW '4) as
recorded in Misc . Book 323 Page 45 and lying East of a
line described as beginning at the Northeast corner of
Parcel "F" of said Northwest Quarter (NW '4) as recorded
in Misc . Book 329 Page 472 ; thence South 00°00' 00" East
Three Hundred Forty-nine and One Tenth (349 . 10) feet to
the Southeast corner of said Parcel "F" ; thence North
90°00' 00" West Thirty (30 . 00) feet along the South line
of said Parcel "F" ; thence South 00°00 ' 00" East Two
Hundred Forty-five and Nine Tenths (245 . 9) feet to said
Easterly extension of the Southerly line of said Parcel
"E" , all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1"
Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4"
Multiple Residence District as above described.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
